Shipping and Warehousing Savings Reduced material volume, high packing density, and low scrap rates can reduce shipping volumes by a factor of five or more compared to rigid, pre-formed high-temperature insulations. Fireproof and Waterproof Nano aerogel can reach the grade A1 noncombustible standard and the hydrophobic rate reaches 99.8%, which can avoid the material losing the thermal insulation efficiency caused by water and subsidence. Simplified Inventory Unlike rigid pre-forms such as pipe cover or board, the same Nano aerogel insulation blanket can be kitted to fit any shape or design; Environmentally Safe Nano Aerogel's high-temperature insulation is landfill disposable, shot-free, with no respirable fiber content. Long Service Life Nano Aerogel's three-dimensional structure which is different with other insulations inhibits sintering warpage and particles stack which may occur under hot temperature for a long time, maintains its long service.
